"Bux" Paid to Click Scams and PTC Non-Payment - Paid To Read, Paid to Click and Survey Scams vs. Legitimate Offers

While there are countless great ways to make money online and work from home; it’s also important to acknowledge that rare fraud also touches on the “get paid to” and survey community. Every site listed in this Blog has been reviewed by the author and I hope if any readers have a problem, they’ll contact me.

WordLinx - Get Paid To Click

I have been happy to act as a conduit of communication and work for mutually beneficial solutions with the survey sites. Given the “bad apples” that sometimes appear in the free money industry, we try to also list them here and on behalf of our readers, alert you to potential problems, fraud alerts, and payment delays. Payment fraud appears to be most prevalent in the "Paid to Read" or "PTR" industry.

Important Paid to Click Update! (Added April 28, 2008)

I'm extremely excited about the May 1, 2008 launch of the new Neo Bux (instant automated payments & low $2 payout minimum). The new NeoBux PTC is like nothing we've ever seen and promises to revolutionlize the paid to click industry.

In addition to countless other innovations and a huge investment in the fresh new site, NeoBux offers instant Alert Pay payments with an incredibly low $2 minimum required to get paid by their automatic payment system. Alert Pay is a leading payment processor and an increasingly popular alternative to PayPal. It's easy to get paid with instant payments and quick to open your free Alert Pay account.

Prizebook - NonPayment. I had a lot of confidence when I signed up for the get paid to offer site. I completed the offers in good faith and expected payment; it was one of my first GPT sites online! To my surprise, the payment never arrived. I was told by the site that the were contacting advertisers for verification. My later tickets went ignored. Finally I was told a check had been send, except I never received any payment from Prizebook. My payment was also listed a still pending and not “sent on XX-date.”

It appeared dates on the support tickets were changed to support the Prizebook case. Then after a few weeks, no reply at all from this site. Today, the site has been shut down and indicates that they’ll be back soon. Currently, the Prizebook.com site isn't functioning. I don’t recommend the "Prizebook" site to say the least!

Adbux Paid to Click - NonPayment. This is a paid to click or cash to surf ads online site. The Adbux Paid to Click (PTC) could be called "PTC" but also has many get paid to offers, that they have added post advertising shortfalls. After having Paypal problems, they switched to Alert Pay. Today they have informed members that there will not be payouts until June 2008 and that the site is in debt. Seems like a repeat of the Netbux site that left the scene & left members without payouts a few years ago.

2Bux Paid to Click - NonPayment. The 2Bux Paid to Click (PTC) site although almost identical to Adbux seemed to have a lot of potential. Most importantly, they have an incredible referral bonus for the site launch. Unfortunately, there’s no ads to surf on the site. Sometimes there’s a single lonely offer to click but that’s all. It seems like a challenge to get a bonus for referrals who are “active” when there’s such scarce earning potential to be found. With a single ad each day, it’d take a year to reach a $2 cashout level!

Overall paid survey sites and get paid free cash offers are a great way to make money online. The key is just to find the best paying sites and avoid those that are not always as loyal to the members as we would like. Good luck to you my friends! We will continue to profile the best paid survey sites and get paid to free cash offers online at College Cash. We will also look into the sites that generate complaints from the members of the get paid to site industry.

Join the new NeoBux today to participate in the special membership benefits and incredible referral potential offered during the launch! I predict that NeoBux will become a gold standard of paid to click, overtaking major PTC players like Bux.To & more.
